Winter Lunches

Many Members continue to take part in Meets throughout the year.

Some particularly popular Meets take place in the run up to and over Christmas itself, as well as at New Year and in early to mid January.

Additionally, there are often "Touring Meets" in  southern Europe from late December through till February or even early March.

 

However, we also hold "Winter Lunches" - weekly or monthly, mostly from October to March for those who, during that part of the year, prefer a short car journey to a pub for lunch with other Members. These lunches run generally from 12 noon or 12.30pm.

ALL Members are always very welcome to join these Winter Lunches - especially NEW Members since the lunches are an excellent way for new members to get to know a few people before taking the plunge into a new season's campsite Meets.

Winter Lunches take place all over the country and the programme for these lunches is published in the members section of the Club Website as well as in the Club Members' Facebook page (under the Events Tab).

Members are more than welcome to set up lunches themselves if there are no lunches in their area.  We publish a Members Directory in the private Members Area of the website showing useful details of those members who have given permission for their inclusion. A member setting up a Lunch can use these details to contact other local members to ‘advertise’ the lunch.     [BACK]
