Organising the Programme
Meets and Tours run from March through to December to many parts of the country.
How are they organised? Any member of the club can organise and host a meet. The member decides on a site they like to visit and after consulting with the Committee planners it will be added to next year’s Programme which starts to be put together in June, after the AGM, with the final draft ready to be published in August.
We have started publicising the Programme far earlier than previous years now as sites fill up very quickly since bookings can now be made a year in advance. However, all good plans can change and therefore an updated Programme is posted on our website and Facebook as and when necessary.
It is always best to check the website before making a booking.
