Organising the Programme

Meets and Tours run from January through to December to many parts of the country.  We also usually have a European Winter or Summer Tour on our programme.

How are they organised? Any member of the club can organise a Meet and be the NHCC point of contact.  The member decides on a site they like to visit and informs the Programme co-ordinator so that it will be added to the year’s Programme. We generally start to put together the next year's Programme in June, after the AGM, with the first draft ready to be published in August. 

We also 'flag up' planned meets on the club's Facebook page and email the Programme to our  members.

It is important to realise that the Programme is a 'living document' and updates are made as the year progresses. These Updates are posted on our website and on our Facebook pages under the "Events" tab.

 

We have started publicising the Programme far earlier than in previous years as sites fill up very quickly since bookings can now be made a year in advance. 

 

It is always best to check the website Programme  before making a site booking.
